These terms cover the website. They do not replace any proposal, quote, or agreement you sign with us — where those documents differ from this page, those documents control.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Buck Energy Partners, a residential solar company based in Pennsylvania.

Repair and service work is performed by Buck Energy Services, a DBA of Fortress Siding, LLC — PA HIC #PA203681. Buck Energy Partners markets and sells; it is not the contractor for repair and service work described on this site.

Information on this site is not an offer

Descriptions of systems, services, processes, and timelines are published to help you understand what we do. They are general information, not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work on particular terms. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.

What a project actually involves — scope, equipment, price, schedule, and warranty — is set out in a written proposal and agreement prepared for your property.

Pricing

Prices are not published on this site, with one exception: There's a $149 diagnostic fee for on-site visits, often credited toward your repair. Any other figure you are given comes from a written quote prepared for your property, and that quote governs.

The qualification tool

The tool at /qualify is an informal, self-guided indicator. It runs entirely in your browser, applies simple rules to the answers you give, and does not assess your property. Its result is not a survey, a design, an approval, a quote, or a promise that we will take on your project. Only a consultation can establish whether a system is a fit.

No professional advice

Buck Energy Partners does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice and does not guarantee any tax outcome. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may change. Consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation. Product availability, guarantees, and terms are described in your consultation and governing agreements.

No guaranteed outcomes

Energy production, savings, outage performance, equipment lifespan, and repair results all depend on factors specific to your property, your equipment, your utility, and conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome through this website. Guarantees and warranties, where they apply, are stated in your written agreement and in the manufacturer's warranty documents.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, or to harm, overload, or interfere with it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Do not scrape, republish, or reproduce site content commercially without our written consent.
• Do not submit false information, or another person's details, through our forms.
