Your system stopped working. Nobody is calling you back.
Inverter faults, dead monitoring, production that quietly fell off a cliff. If the company that installed it has gone quiet or gone under, you are not stuck — and you are not the first person this has happened to.
There's a $149 diagnostic fee for on-site visits, often credited toward your repair.
What we get called for
The system is dark
No production at all. Often an inverter fault, a tripped disconnect, or a failure nobody was alerted to because monitoring was never set up.
Error codes you cannot decode
Ground faults, arc faults, isolation errors. The app shows a number and no explanation, and the installer is not answering.
Inverter failure
String inverters and microinverters both fail. Many carry manufacturer warranties that are still active — we check before you spend anything.
Production quietly dropped
The system looks fine on the roof and is producing far less than it should. Usually a failed optimizer, a dead string, or a fault that never raised an alarm.
Monitoring offline
You cannot see the system at all. Gateway, Wi-Fi, and communication faults hide real problems for months.
Nobody will touch it
Other companies decline work they did not install. We do not — that is most of what we see.
What people ask us.
Will you work on a system you did not install?
Yes. Most of the systems we service were installed by someone else, and many by companies no longer in business.
My installer is out of business. Is my equipment warranty gone?
Not necessarily. Equipment warranties come from the manufacturer and often survive the installer closing. Workmanship coverage usually does not. We identify what is still active before quoting anything.
I am still paying a loan on a system that does not work.
That is one of the most common situations we see. The loan and the equipment are separate agreements, and getting the system producing again is usually the fastest way to stop losing money on it.
Start with a free triage call.
Tell us what the system is doing and what you know about who installed it. We will talk it through on the phone at no charge and tell you honestly whether an on-site visit is worth it.
