Whole-home systems, engineered for Chester County.
Estate properties across the Brandywine and Main Line corridors, where whole-home backup is the priority.
How we approach Chester County properties
Chester County homes tend to be large, heavily loaded, and set on wooded lots where outages are frequent and long. Battery architecture here is designed to carry the entire house — heat, well pumps, security, refrigeration — not a handful of emergency circuits.
Every system is engineered individually. We review roof geometry, shading, service capacity, and the real demand profile of the household before anything is specified. Where the property carries land, a ground-mount array is evaluated alongside the roof — whichever produces better and serves the architecture better is the one we design.
Whole-home backup, not partial backup
Battery architecture is sized to carry the entire home through an outage — heat, water, security, refrigeration — rather than a handful of emergency circuits. The transition is automatic and silent.
The prepaid lease path
Pay once. For the first six years the system is professionally owned, monitored, and maintained on your behalf, with production guaranteed. After year six, ownership transfers to you in full and you never make another payment. Read how the 2027 federal window works.
Questions from Chester County homeowners.
Why did the residential tax credit end, and what replaced it?
The federal residential solar tax credit closed to most homeowners at the end of 2025. Direct personal purchases can no longer reach it.
A separate provision remains available through a prepaid lease structure, and it runs through 2027. It is narrower and more precise, which is why the way a system is structured now matters more than it ever did. Tax outcomes depend on individual circumstances; consult your tax advisor.
What is a prepaid lease?
You prepay for the system in a single payment. For the first six years it is professionally owned, monitored, and maintained on your behalf, with production guaranteed. There are no monthly payments and no financing on your home.
It is the cleanest path to a fully owned system, handled with care from day one.
What happens after year six?
Ownership transfers to you in full. The system is yours outright and continues to produce for decades. You never make another payment.
Can you handle large homes and ground mounts?
Yes. Large and complex homes are the work we are built for. Systems are engineered individually around roof geometry, shading, and the real demand of a large household.
Where the property has land, we design ground-mount arrays sized for full production and ideal orientation.
What about batteries and outages?
Battery storage is designed to carry the whole home through an outage — not a handful of circuits. When the grid drops, the transition is automatic and silent. Heat, water, security, and refrigeration keep running.
