Can a battery be added to a system I already have?
In most cases yes. What it takes depends on your inverter type and electrical panel, which is what the assessment determines.
Will it run my whole house?
That depends on capacity and what you want backed up. Some homeowners back up the entire home, others prioritize essential circuits. We size it around your answer, not a default.
Does a battery help if my system is currently down?
Fix the system first. Adding storage to a system that is not producing does not solve the underlying problem — start with a triage call.
