We Get You Back Online

Most solar problems are invisible until they are expensive.

A failed optimizer or a dead string rarely announces itself. Production slips, nobody notices, and a year of output is gone before anyone looks. Maintenance is how that gets caught early.

There's a $149 diagnostic fee for on-site visits, often credited toward your repair.

What a plan covers

Annual system inspection

Racking, attachments, wiring, conduit, and visible module condition reviewed on a set schedule.

Monitoring review

We check that monitoring is actually reporting and that production matches what the system should be doing for the season.

Production verification

Measured output compared against expected output, so a slow decline gets caught while it is still small.

Priority dispatch

Plan holders are scheduled ahead of general service requests when something goes wrong.

Panel cleaning

Soil, pollen, and debris reduce output. Cleaning is available as part of a plan or on its own.

Critter guard

Squirrels and birds nest under arrays and chew wiring. Guard fitted around the array perimeter prevents it.

Questions

What people ask us.

Do I need a maintenance plan?

Solar is low-maintenance, not no-maintenance. The value is in catching a failure that monitoring would otherwise hide for months — particularly on systems with no active installer watching them.

Can I get a plan for a system you did not install?

Yes. We would start with an initial assessment to establish the system’s current condition, then put it on a schedule.

Is cleaning included?

It can be. Plans are built around what your system and site actually need rather than a fixed package.

Private Consultation

Start with a free triage call.

Tell us what the system is doing and what you know about who installed it. We will talk it through on the phone at no charge and tell you honestly whether an on-site visit is worth it.
