- SREC program participation and credit values are subject to Pennsylvania market conditions and program rules, which may change
- Buck Energy Partners is not a licensed financial advisor. Consult your financial or tax advisor regarding the implications of any solar financing or incentive programs
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of Buck Energy Partners, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Site Access: You will provide reasonable access to your property for site assessments, installation crews, inspectors, and service technicians at mutually agreed-upon times
- HOA Approvals: If your property is subject to a homeowners association (HOA), it is your responsibility to obtain any required HOA approvals prior to installation. Buck Energy Partners is not responsible for delays or costs arising from HOA restrictions
- Utility Coordination: You authorize Buck Energy Partners to communicate with your utility company on your behalf regarding interconnection applications, net metering enrollment, and related matters
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the sales, assessment, and permitting process. Misrepresentation may void warranties or result in additional costs
- Roof Condition: Your roof must be in adequate condition to support a solar installation. We may require roof repairs prior to installation, at the homeowner's expense
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Buck Energy Partners stands behind the quality of our installations. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your installation agreement and may include:
- Manufacturer warranties on solar panels, inverters, and equipment (typically 10–25 years, subject to manufacturer terms)
- Workmanship warranty on installation labor (terms specified in your contract)

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Buck Energy Partners in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
